Welcome to your info letter for Sunfall 2025!
This guide covers everything you need to know before you arrive, during the event, and before heading home.


1. WHEN

Main Event

Game starts: July 9th at 18:00

Game ends: July 12th at 18:00

Event ends: Sunday, July 13th at 15:00

Early Arrival

You may arrive from July 7th at 09:00.
If arriving early, please email us and let us know how many are in your group.

Upon Arrival

Head to the Info Desk 

We’ll check you in, guide you to your camp, and then to the parking area
Please have your ticket and camp deposit receipt ready


3. EVENT SCHEDULE

Wednesday (July 9)
09:00 – Check-in & camp setup
18:00 – Game begins

Thursday
10:00–11:00 – Team leader meeting
All-day game continues

Friday
10:00–11:00 – Team leader meeting
00:00–23:59 – Game time

Saturday
10:00–11:00 – Team leader meeting
18:00 – Game ends, followed by debrief & quick cleanup
18:30 – Afterparty begins 🎉

Sunday
00:00–04:00 – Afterparty continues
10:00 – Camp & setting cleanup
13:00 – Final cleanup deadline*

Everyone leaves after the area is cleaned. Help your fellow surviver out!


 4. MEMBERSHIP & INSURANCE

To be covered by our event insurance, all participants must join Wonder Studios.
You’ll be asked to fill out a membership form at check-in. Signup here
Membership can be canceled after the event by emailing us at info@sunfall-larp.com


5. IN-GAME BARS

You’ll find several bars on-site, both in-game and off-game, where you can grab drinks and hang out with other participants.

The bars serve everything from soft drinks and coffee to beer and themed in-game beverages. 

All drinks are purchased using punch cards.


6. FOOD OPTIONS

You’re welcome to prepare your own meals in our shared participant kitchen, where we’ve provided cooking stoves. 

No food over a fireplace, unless the fireplace is provided & approved by the organizers.

There are also several in-game cafés and food wagons offering a variety of meals. 

All food can be purchased using punch cards.


7. THE OUTDOOR AREA & PLANTS 

There are various types of plants in the area, and we are doing our best to remove any harmful ones. However, if you come into contact with a plant like wild parsnip (Pastinaca sativa), known in Danish as Gul Pastinak, immediately wash the affected area with soap and water, cover it to protect it from sunlight, and notify the organizers.


8. SAFETY & SECURTY

The Organizer Villa is always open to all participants. Whether you’re facing an emergency, have safety concerns, or simply need someone to talk to, you’re more than welcome to stop by. We’re here to support you – both with practical matters and personal conversations. Your well-being is important to us, and you should never hesitate to reach out. No issue is too small, and our door is always open.


9. WHAT TO BRING

Your ticket (on your phone)

A fully developed character with a backstory

1–2 costumes

A tent or a spot in a friends tent

Sleeping bag + sleeping mat or similar

Change of clothes

Painkillers

Mug / glass

Cutlery, plate, pan

Toothbrush + toothpaste

Clean underwear + socks

Flashlight (make sure it fits the setting)

Medicine + health card

Earplugs


10. BUILDING MATERIALS

Approved materials for camps/builds inside the hall include:

13mm plasterboard

9mm fireproof plywood (MK approved)

22mm rough sawn/planed boards

9mm particleboard/fiberboard/plywood

15mm rough or planed boards

6mm fireproof composite (MK approved)

 


11. CLEANUP

On Sunday before 15:00, your group must clear:

All personal materials and gear

Trash sorted into 5 categories (see next section)

Nothing left behind

12. TRASH RULES

We only accept sorted waste in clear plastic bags:

Organic waste – Only food leftovers

Cardboard – From food packaging

Metal – Only food/drink cans

Plastic bottles – Soda bottles only

Glass bottles – Food/drink bottles only
